Relentless Small Group Training! – A 45 min small group based training session designed to challenge your fitness level and test your limits while under the supervision of a qualified instructor. The sessions include a variety of different training styles including body weight, HIIT, strength, resistance band and core exercises. There is a rotation of themed sessions ie. Core, Tabata, Kettlebell focusing on different body areas. Limited to 8 people per session – book online or at reception.
Ignite Winter 8-Week Challenge – Get ready to turn up the heat this winter with our Ignite Winter 8-Week Challenge starting 4 May! Designed to keep you motivated through the colder months, the challenge is all about building consistency, boosting your fitness and feeling your best alongside a supportive community. Active Gym Class – This May, we’re excited to offer our members exclusive access to ‘Active Gym’ – a beginner friendly class designed especially for those who are unfamiliar with gym equipment or aren’t sure where to start. Active Gym will guide you step-by-step through how to safely and effectively use our gym equipment. It’s the perfect way to build confidence and learn the basics.
Boxing and Body Balance Classes – Mix up your routine this May with our Boxing and Body Balance classes! From high-energy Boxing sessions that build strength, boost cardio and relieve stress to calming Body Balance classes that improve flexibility, core strength and relaxation. There’s something for every mood and fitness goal!
