The annual awards ceremony brought together leaders and team members from across the Aligned Leisure Group to honour exceptional performance, staff dedication and community impact.
With a strong presence among the nominees, Cardinia Leisure is delighted to announce three award winners and one honourable mention. This is an amazing result that reflects the dedication and commitment of our people. The awards event was filled with enthusiasm and celebration, showcasing the inspiring work being delivered across all contracts and highlighting individuals who go above and beyond to make a meaningful difference in their communities.
Taking home top honours were Chelsea, awarded Risk Health & Safety Champion; Jaidin, named Environmental Sustainability Champion; and Sivadutt, recipient of the Coach Award. In addition, Julie received an honourable mention for Group Exercise Instructor, recognising their positive impact and commitment to delivering outstanding services and outcomes for our community,
