Celebrate Women’s Health Week With Us – Say Yes to You!

This September, we’re celebrating Women’s Health Week, Australia’s largest national health campaign dedicated to supporting the health and wellbeing of all women, girls and gender-diverse people.

This year’s theme, ‘Say Yes to You’, is all about taking time out for yourself because your health and wellbeing matter.

At Cardinia Leisure we’re inviting you to join us for a week of FREE activities to help you move your body, boost your mood and connect with the community.

Whether you’re looking to try something new, take time out for you or simply enjoy the company of others, there’s something for everyone.

What’s On?
Across the week 1-5 September, 2025, you can enjoy FREE:

  • Monday 01 September – Nutrition Warehouse Supplements Tasting 4-7pm, Cardinia Life Foyer
    Discover a range of supplements designed to support your health and fitness goals, with a special focus on women’s wellness. Sample, learn and find out what works best for you.

  • Tuesday 02 September Line Dancing 10.45am-11.45am, Cardinia Life Group Fitness Studio AND Cardio Tennis 7-7.45pm, Pakenham Regional Tennis Centre, 11 Webster Way, Pakenham

    Join us for a lively Line Dancing session hosted by Cheyenne On Queue line dancing group. No experience necessary. Just bring your energy and enjoy moving to music in a fun, social setting. Register your attendance HERE.

    In the evening, come along to a women’s only Cardio Tennis session at Pakenham Regional Tennis. It’s an energising way to learn and play tennis while staying active! Register your attendance HERE.

  • Wednesday 03 September – Morning Tea 10am-11am, Cardinia Life Foyer AND Reformer Pilates Tour 11.20am-11.40am, Cardinia Life

    Come join our social morning tea where you can connect with others in a relaxed, welcoming environment and enjoy a cuppa and cake!

    Afterwards, take a tour of our brand new Reformer Pilates studio and discover how it can improve the way you move, feel and live!

  • Thursday 04 September – Healthy Heart Foundation Walk 9.30am-10.15am (meeting out front of Cardinia Life) AND Pickleball Coaching 10.45am-11.45am at Cardinia Life

    Join our weekly Healthy Heart Foundation Walk and enjoy a gentle stroll through the local Pakenham area. It’s a great way to boost your heart health and connect with others. Open to everyone and all fitness levels. No registration required.

    Then, give Pickleball a try in a welcoming and supportive environment! A game combining tennis, badminton and table tennis. Perfect for beginners or seasoned players alike. Register your interest to attend HERE.

  • Friday 05 September – Gym Techniques for Women 11am-12pm, Cardinia Life
    Join us for a special gym session focused on women’s training techniques. Empowering you with practical tips to move, lift and train with confidence.
