Mums & Bubs is a postnatal exercise class dedicated to new mums returning to exercise with their babies! These classes focus on gently getting new mums back into movement with a combination of bodyweight, light weights and Pilates.
Term 3 classes commence July 12, 2023
When: Every Wednesday – 9 week program
Time: 11am – 11.55am
