Mums & Bubs is a postnatal exercise class dedicated to new mums returning to exercise with their babies! These classes focus on gently getting new mums back into movement with a combination of bodyweight, light weights and Pilates.
Term 2 classes commence April 15, 2024
When: Every Monday – 10 week program
Time: 11am – 11.55am
Term Cost: $105/term or $10.50 per class (Pay by 08 April for an Early Bird Term Price! – $94.50)

To participate you must have completed your 6-week post-natal check-up and have medical clearance to return to exercise.
