Mums & Bubs is a postnatal exercise class dedicated to new mums returning to exercise with their babies! These classes focus on gently getting new mums back into movement with a combination of bodyweight, light weights and Pilates.
Term 1 classes commence February 2nd, 2026
When: Every Monday – 8 week program
Time: 11am – 11.55am
Term Cost: $96 (Pay by 23 January for an Early Bird Term Price! – $84)

To participate you must have completed your 6-week post-natal check-up and have medical clearance to return to exercise.
