Mums & Bubs is a postnatal exercise class dedicated to new mums returning to exercise with their babies! These classes focus on gently getting new mums back into movement with a combination of bodyweight, light weights and Pilates.

Term 1 classes commence February 3, 2025

When: Every Monday – 8 week program

Time: 11am – 11.55am

Term Cost: $88 (Pay by 27 January for an Early Bird Term Price! – $77)

To participate you must have completed your 6-week post-natal check-up and have medical clearance to return to exercise.
