Getting started after having a baby is often the hardest part—but seeing someone else take that step can make all the difference. That’s why we’re sharing stories from our community.

Jackie shares how Mums and Bubs classes incorporating pelvic floor exercises helped her.

Jackie says, “Postpartum Mums and Bubs classes at Cardinia Life taught me how to get back into exercise after having my first baby and helped me with my form and motivation. The classes encouraged me to keep going and get back into movement, giving me the confidence to start exercising again.”

Jackie’s advice to someone wanting to start exercise after you have a baby:

“Look for a group program that you can bring your child to and start building your confidence”.
