We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that later this month (July 2025), Cardinia Life will undergo a major gym and group fitness equipment upgrade!
We’ve partnered with Life Fitness to bring you state-of-the-art products designed to elevate your training and support your fitness journey with us.
To ensure a smooth roll out, a few temporary closures will be in place while we upgrade:
🏋️ Gym Floor: closed Monday 28 July, 7.30am-4.30pm.
🚴♀️ Cycle Studio: closed from Monday, 28 July 10.30am until Tuesday, 29 July 5pm.
The rest of the centre remains open!

From late July, our Cycle Studio will also become a Reformer Pilates Studio! We’re introducing 8 Merrithew reformer beds, a Split-Pedal Stability Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Arc Barrel to offer a diverse range of Pilates classes.
