Here’s what we have planned for you!
Seniors Ageing Expo – Visit a range of stalls to learn and discover services available to support older adults in the community to live healthy, fulfilling lives as they age.
Organisations and community groups include:
Your Body Hub, Lifestyle Communities, Monash Health, Outlook Community Centre, MyLib, Cardnia Men’s Shed, Probus Pakenham, Cardinia Senior Citizens Group, AfriAus iLEAC, Arthritis Group, Cardinia Foundation, Hearing Bus
Light Sporting Activities – Walking Basketball, Table Tennis & Pickleball from 10.30am onwards.
(Table Tennis at 10.30am, Pickleball at 11.30am, Walking Basketball at 12.30pm)
Group Fitness Classes – Enjoy an energising, low impact workout in the pool or a gentle fitness class. Bookings at reception on the day are essential as numbers are limited.
- 11.00am-11.45am Strong Movers
- 12.45pm-1.30pm Gentle Aqua
- 1.45pm-2.30pm Gentle Yoga
Facility Tours – Cardinia Leisure offers a variety of services specifically tailored for older adults to support fitness and overall well-being. Facility tours will be held at 11.30am, 12.30pm and 1.30pm.
FREE Sausage sizzle lunch – Cardinia Men’s Shed are hosting a free BBQ lunch. Come enjoy a delicious snag and connect with fellow community members!
FREE Gym Access – All seniors attending this event are VIP’s and can enjoy free access to the gym between 10am-1pm!
