Cardinia Leisure Seeks Your Feedback to Enhance Services. Survey Open Until Sunday 5 April 2026. 

 At Cardinia Leisure, we are always looking for ways to enhance your experience and ensure we continue delivering high-quality services to our community. 

We’re inviting all members to complete our Customer Satisfaction Survey, open until Sunday 5th April 2026. 

Whether you attend the gym, group fitness, aquatic facilities or participate in Swim School, your feedback plays an essential role in shaping our future improvements. 

What’s Improved? 

Based on member feedback, we’ve recently delivered a range of enhancements, including: 

• Upgrade of Gym equipment 
• Introduction of a new CRM system
• Introduced Reformer Pilates
• Reviewing Gym access points to increase security measures 
• More community events during outdoor pool season
• Online Portal for easier access for Swim School parents & members
• Communicating regularly any change in programming or procedures clearly to all customers and Members via communication including texts and emails. 
• Ensuring all the courts are operational along with book-a-court gate and court lights and actioning prompt fixing if disrupted due to any faults/damage
• Ensuring we are constantly looking to improve the quality of our programming, ensuring it  is sustainable and continuing to improve the quality of service provided.

Your Feedback Matters 

The survey takes approximately 2–3 minutes to complete, but the impact is long-lasting. Your insights help us: 

• Identify what’s working well 

• Prioritise future improvements 

• Enhance programs and services 

• Better meet the needs of our community
