Perfect Gym is Coming – What You Need to Know

We are excited to announce that on Wednesday 8th October 2025, we will be launching our brand-new CRM system – Perfect Gym.

This upgrade will make it easier than ever to manage your membership, book classes, and stay connected with our services.

To make the change, we’ll have a short transition period. Here’s what to expect:

Key Dates

Monday, 6 October – Last day of current system.

Tuesday, 7 October – CRM changeover day. Our current system will be offline, and some services will operate manually.

Wednesday, 8 October – Perfect Gym goes live! This means you can log into your client portal and see your details (please note group fitness & gym appointments won’t be there yet)

Thursday, 9 October – Online booking for group fitness and gym appointments reopens in the new Client Portal.

We will have roaming staff members during these key dates to support you through the changes and if you have any questions or need assistance please see the friendly staff in the red t-shirts.

What This Means for You

Members

  • Suspension and cancellation requests will be taken in-centre only during the changeover period.
  • Once your request has been entered in Perfect Gym, we’ll contact you to confirm.

Group Fitness

  • No online bookings available after 6 October in the current portal.
  • Manual booking sheets will be used for classes on 7,8,9,10 (to honour our 48-hour booking policy).

From 9 October, you can book group fitness classes online via the new Perfect Gym Client Portal.

Health Club

  • We’ll take bookings for health assessments, check-ins, and personal training in the current system until 5 October.
  • All bookings taken before this date will be saved and still occur as scheduled.
  • Online bookings for these services will reopen 9 October.
  • 24/7 access will remain unaffected. If this changes, we’ll notify you promptly via Facebook page.

Childcare

  • For bookings on 7 – 8 October, please book manually with our Childcare team or email [email protected].
  • Reception will still be able to process your payment for these sessions.

Swimming Lessons

  • Classes will continue as scheduled with no impact to your booking.
  • Contact us by 1pm on Monday 6th October to cancel or move your lesson for Tuesday 7th, we will be taking ongoing cancellations & make up bookings enquiries manually to then be entered on the 8th. We will contact you to confirm that this has been processed and will be on your Client Portal.

Guests

  • On 7 October, while our system is offline, we will still be able to process your visits manually through our processes.
