July 2020, saw Life Fitness deck out Cardinia Life’s gym with brand new state of the art cardio equipment. These machines offer various programs for all levels of fitness.
These machines allow you to sync your workouts to your smart devices, connect to our digital fitness platform Halo and allow you to be entertained through a number of apps available.
Not sure how to use these? No problems, you can simply scan the QR code on the machines with your smartphone for a demonstration or ask our qualified staff to show you!
A space often used for personal training, small group training, stretching and cool downs. Our functional zone offers a little bit of everything!
