We have listened to feedback from our members and guests to make some minor changes to our Group Fitness Timetable effective Monday 4th March 2019.

Summary of Changes – effective Monday 4th March 2019



Tuesday morning RPM 6.00am will now start 5.45am



Midweek morning – 9.30am classes will now start 9.35am

Classes affected: Monday – Zumba, Tuesday – Body Combat, Wednesday – Body Pump, Thursday – Boxing, Friday – Pilates

These changes will make it safer for all participants to enter/exit classes



Saturday morning class times have changed as follows:

Body Balance will now be 8.10am

Body Pump will now be 9.20am

Body Combat will now be 10.30am


There are also some minor time changes to virtual classes throughout the day. Please ensure you check the full timetable for class times.
