Is Cardinia Life open?
In response to the Victorian Government’s announcement made on Tuesday 7 July 2020, Cardinia Life will be temporarily closed to the public from 9pm on Wednesday 8 July in line with State Government direction, this closure is for a period of 6 weeks, however is subject to change.
How will I know when you reopen?
As the situation continues to unfold, you are encouraged to follow our social media pages and website for all of the latest information.
We will also send updates directly to our members via email as they occur.
I had prepaid for a session before you closed will I be refunded?
Anyone who had pre-paid bookings, including those for our pools, gym, stadium and group fitness classes have now been refunded. If you had a pre paid booking and did not receive a call to process your refund please contact us HERE and our staff will contact you.
How do I contact you while you are closed?

Did someone visit with COVID 19?
There have been no known visits by a Covid-19 carrier to any Cardinia Leisure facilities. If you have any concerns for the health of you or others, please contact your local medical professional immediately. Further information is also available from the Department of Health website
When will my membership fees resume?
While we continue to operate under the current restrictions, all membership fees will remain on suspension.
It is unclear at this stage when membership payments will resume.
Members will continue to be updated regularly via email and will be given at least 14 days notice prior to the resumption of any fees.
I paid upfront for my membership prior to the closure will this be extended?
For our members on trial passes or term memberships, your expiration date will automatically be amended to reflect the closure period once the full timeframe of our closure is known.
What will happen to the money we paid prior to the closure?
Any money paid against your account for facility access during the closure period will remain in credit and applied to your membership once services resume. You do not need to contact us to arrange this.
When will my lesson fees resume?
While we continue to operate under the current restrictions, all lesson fees will remain on suspension.
It is unclear at this stage when our swim school activities will resume.
Swim School Families will continue to be updated regularly via email and will be given at least 14 days notice prior to the resumption of any fees.
When classes resume will my child’s lesson time be the same?
Where possible, we will ensure your child remains in the same lesson.
I pay upfront for the term what will happen to the lessons I missed during the closure?
Any money paid against your account for lessons during the closure period will remain in credit and applied to your account once classes resume. You do not need to contact us to arrange this.

Can I still use BookACourt during the closure?
In line with the Victorian Governments announcement on the August 2 2020 Pakenham Regional Tennis Centre will be temporarily closed to the public from 6pm including BOOK-A-COURT until further notice. In line with State Government direction we anticipate this closure to be for a period of 6 weeks, however this is subject to change.
I am a current Pakenham Regional Tennis Centre member will my payments remain suspended?
Yes, As a current tennis program member, your lesson payments continue to be placed on hold, with your child’s place held to support an easy transition back into their regular schedule. Any money paid against your account for suspended lessons will remain in credit and applied once lessons resume. This includes our paid in full enrolments. You do not need to contact us to arrange this suspension.
Will Cardinia Life’s 2020 Winter Season be continuing?
The health and safety of our community continues to be of the highest priority, and following this decision Aligned Leisure, Pakenham Basketball Association and the Pakenham Netball Association have continued to work together and as of Monday July 7 it was determined the most appropriate outcome is to cancel the Winter 2020 seasons in its entirety due to the re-enforcement of stage 3 lockdowns for the next 6 weeks, with our focus now on preparing for the Summer 2020/21 season.
I entered a team what will happen to the registration fees?
All teams who have registered for the Winter 2020 season will be contacted over the coming days to arrange refunds for their team registrations they have paid through either PlayHQ or MyNetball. If any teams have any questions in regards to this process, please feel free to contact our stadium team by email on email@example.com.
