Pakenham Regional Tennis Centre – Reopening 11/06/21

After a short break, we are excited to reopen our doors at Pakenham Regional Tennis Centre tomorrow Friday 11/06/2021.

With the Government releasing their safe steps for reopening Victoria, our team have worked behind the scenes to ensure that as many of our programs and services can safely return, whilst adhering to all of the latest guidelines.

Before your next visit, please read the following information carefully to help prepare for your return.

 

TEMPORARY SERVICE LEVELS


TENNIS LESSONS

• All lessons will return from Tuesday 15/06/2021
• Only Students within a 25km radius are permitted to attend lessons
• Maximum group size of 10
• Get In, Train, Get Out
• Students on Direct Debit will have their payments processed on Tuesday 15/06/21 and any lessons missed will be deducted from your monthly amount.

COMPETITIONS

• All regular competition and training schedules will remain cancelled until further notice


COURT HIRE

• Court hire is available from Friday 11/06/21 for anyone who lives within a 25km radius through book a court. https://play.tennis.com.au/pakenhamregionaltenniscentre
• Maximum group size of 10
• Venue Capacity Limit of 100 people

COVID SAFE PROTOCOLS

To continue providing a safe environment for our customers and staff a number of COVID Safe protocols will remain in place, with some minor changes made in line with current Government advice.


MANDATORY QR CONTACT TRACING (NEW)

• Following a recent change in Government advice, QR contact tracing is now mandatory for all persons upon entry to the centre.
• All patrons must sign-in using the Services Victoria app.
• Evidence of signing-in must be shown to one of our team members.


FACE MASKS

• Must be worn by all patrons aged 12 years or older, unless medically exempt and to only remove it if:
o Performing any exercise or class that causes you to be out of breath or puffing
o Entering the pool or using showers
