8 weeks for $62.40
(no class on Monday 11th March)
Improve your strength and cardio – classes include circuit, boxing, theraband and core workouts
9 weeks for $70.20
Improve your posture and flexibility – classes include yoga, barre and pilates.
# Classes are not interchangeable between programs
Our qualified instructors will guide you through and help you get active after having your baby. Sessions are tailored specifically to assist new mums. Work at your pace, attend to your baby and have some fun while you exercise!
You can choose one program or enrol in both programs, it’s up to you! Full payment required upfront upon registration.
