As part of Men’s Heath Week (10-16th June 2019) Cardinia Life will be raising awareness of the importance of exercise for both your physical & mental wellbeing.
According to menshealthweek.org.au, Inactive men are 60% more likely to suffer from depression than those who are active.
We are encouraging all men to attend a FREE Yoga session on either Tuesday 11th June at 10.45am or Wednesday 12th June at 7.00pm.
Yoga has many benefits including helping with stress, improving sleep, mobility and posture. It also builds muscle, enhances productivity and boosts immune system.
To help reduce mental illness please see your doctor on a regular basis, Maintain social interactions with friends and family & Take time out to exercise!
