Our State’s devastating bushfire season is far from over, with many of our fellow Victorian’s now sadly facing the difficult task of rebuilding their lives following the loss of loved ones, homes, property and livestock.
As a sign of support to those affected all Aligned Leisure sites will be donating $2 from every casual entry received this Thursday 9 January to the official Victorian Bushfire Appeal. In addition to this, all new membership joining fees received on the day as well as donations made within the centres will also be donated to The Appeal, with collection tins available at all sites.
On Thursday, Cardinia Life will have the inflatable running from 11am until 2pm and Zachary Leo will be playing his guitar at the Pakenham Outdoor Pool from 3pm – 4pm. There will be some more events to be announced closer to the day so please like Cardinia Life’s Facebook page to stay up to date with what is planned.
Established by the Victorian Government in partnership with Bendigo Bank and The Salvation Army, The Appeal aims to provide practical support to those affected by these bushfires, with 100% of donations going directly to the impacted communities.
If you’re unable to visit us this Thursday but still wish to donate to The Appeal, online donations can be made via the official Victorian Bushfire Appeal website. To donate please click HERE
