Sessions and Bookings

In line with current Government restrictions, we’ve made some temporary changes to our operations to support your safe return including the introduction pre-booked sessions and classes.

On this page you will find all of the information you need to know to take advantage of these ahead of your next visit.

Pool Sessions

Now taking bookings with sessions available daily.

– $5.50 per session for members and $7.30 for non members

– Payment required on arrival via EFTPOS only (cash transactions temporarily unavailable)

– Available for lap swimming and rehabilitation only

– 60 minute pre-booked sessions only (includes arrival and departure)

– Photo ID required on arrival

– 20 person capacity per session (includes lap pool and program pool)

– 3 swimmers per lane in lap lane pool and 2 person per lane in program pool

– Children under 10 years of age will need to be accompanied by an adult and two spots booked

– Lockers temporarily unavailable

Please remember, online bookings open for each session exactly 7 days prior to the session time for members.

Membership fees currently remain on suspension. All bookings will incur a session fee of $5.50.

Payment can be made online via our portal at the time of booking.

If you are unable to or uncomfortable with paying online, please contact our team on (03) 5945 2888 or email cardinia@alignedleisure.com.au to discuss alternative payment options.

  • To request access to our online booking portal click HERE
    Once you have received confirmation via email that your access is available, Log in to our booking portal by clicking HERE using your email account as the username (Note: this must be the email address linked to your membership)
  • If you are a first time user, your email address linked to your membership is your username and the default password is ‘CARDINIA’. You will be prompted to change this on your first login.
  • To make a booking:
    • Click “Book Online”
    • Click your desired booking date
    • Click your desired session time. Available sessions will be blue. Unavailable sessions will be orange.
    • Click “Book now!” at the bottom right of screen.
    • A popup screen will appear asking “Are you sure?”. Click “Ok” to confirm your booking.
    • You will be redirected to the ‘My Bookings’ screen where you can view all of your session bookings.
    • You will receive a confirmation email with details of your booking. Please ensure you read all of the information prior to your session.

If you have any issues with logging into your account or booking a session online you can contact our team on (03) 5945 2888.

Alternatively, please submit a web enquiry form by clicking HERE and a member of our team will contact you as soon as possible.

Please remember, online bookings open for each session exactly 6 days prior to the session time for casual visitors and non members.

All bookings will incur a session fee of $7.30.

FOR FIRST TIME ONLINE CUSTOMERS:

  • Access our booking portal by clicking HERE
  • To make a booking:
    • Click your desired booking date
    • Click “Book” to the right of your desired session time
    • Enter all of your contact and emergency details. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisks (*)
    • Click “Next Step” at the bottom left of screen
    • Check all of your booking details are correct.
    • If all details are correct, click “Book Now!
    • A popup screen will appear asking “Are you sure?”. Click “Ok” to confirm your booking.
    • A class booking successful screen will appear and your booking is complete.
    • You will receive a confirmation email with details of your booking a short time after. Please ensure you read all of the information prior to your session.

FOR RETURNING ONLINE CUSTOMERS:

  • Access our booking portal by clicking HERE
  • Log in to your account by entering your username (email address) and password.
  • To make a booking:
    • Click “Book Online”
    • Click your desired booking date
    • Click your desired session time. Available sessions will be blue. Unavailable sessions will be orange.

Gym Sessions

Now taking bookings for sessions commencing 22 June 2020 onwards.

– $5.50 per session for members and $16.50 for non-members

– Available for gym use only

– 60 minute pre-booked sessions only (includes arrival and departure)

– Photo ID required on arrival

– 20 person capacity per session

– Lockers temporarily unavailable

– Change rooms and showers available, however limit use where possible by arriving in appropriate gym attire

– Lockers temporarily unavailable

Group Fitness Classes

Now taking bookings for sessions commencing 22 June 2020 onwards.

– Members $5.50 per person, per class (For all class types)

– Casual $8.00 per person, per class for Strong Movers & Aqua Movers

– Casual $15.60 per person, per class for all other class types

– 10 person capacity per class

– Bookings essential

– Photo ID required on arrival

– No towel, no class policy

– Lockers temporarily unavailable

– Change rooms and showers available, however limit use where possible by arriving in appropriate workout or swim attire

Based on current capacity limits, Government restrictions and historical usage trends, we’ve introduced a modified group fitness timetable including land based and aqua classes.

This will continue to be reviewed based on changes to the above and in line with the easing of restrictions.

– No towel, no workout policy

– Users must bring their own sports equipment (No communal equipment available)
