Pink up with Pakenham Warriors to support breast cancer

On July 8th the Pakenham Warriors Big V teams will be ‘pinking up’ as they take part in Breast Cancer Network Australia’s (BCNA) annual Pink Sports Day.

As the countdown begins for the Triple Header Pink Sports Day, the Warriors are inviting their biggest fans to cheer them on and to dig deep to help reach their fundraising goal. Your donation will go directly to BCNA to help ensure Australians affected by breast cancer are provided with the very best support, information, treatment and care appropriate to their individual needs.

Every dollar counts – help make a difference by making a secure online donation, big or small.

The day will kick off at 4:00pm with the Youth League Women’s team taking to the court to battle the Western Port Steelers. Following the girls at 6:00pm, the Youth League Boy’s take on Wallan Panthers. The night will then be capped off with the Senior Men defending their home court, also against the Panthers from Wallan.

There will be door prizes, ‘best dressed in PINK’, half-time competitions and a raffle.

The major raffle prize will be a 12 month Health and Wellness membership at Cardinia Life.

Thank you for supporting our Triple Header Pink Sports Day and for helping BCNA to continue its important work of supporting Australians affected by breast cancer.
